All percentage fees are calculated on the pre-tax service subtotal — never on tax, gratuity, or refunds. Stripe payment-processing fees are deducted at the actual amount charged by Stripe.

Solo Pro & Network Pro
Charged only when TouchBase generates the booking — through guest search, marketplace profiles, or Host Partner pages. Direct bookings pay 0% — when you bring your own client through your Pro direct-booking page, link, or QR code, TouchBase charges no marketplace fee.
Direct-booking tools are available on Solo Pro and Network Pro only.
Host Partner Referral Fee
When a booking is attributed to a Host Partner's property wellness page, an 8% Host Partner Referral Fee applies (on all plans). It is calculated on the pre-tax service subtotal and applies only to eligible service categories and jurisdictions.
Host Partner Referral Fee applies only to host-attributed bookings — never to direct or marketplace bookings without a Host Partner.
Example: $120 Host-Partner Booking (pre-tax, Solo Pro)
Fees are never calculated on tax, gratuity, or refunds. Free Marketplace pays 10%; Solo Pro & Network Pro pay 5%; direct bookings pay 0%.
