Note: Insurance receipts are managed by the Practice, not individual therapists. As a provider on TouchBase, your role is to deliver the service — your affiliated practice handles receipt generation and documentation for clients.
Marketplace Access
Creating a TouchBase practitioner profile is free. Before accessing marketplace job opportunities, you'll need to submit your credentials for review and approval.
Once approved, you'll be eligible to receive job offers from practices actively seeking wellness providers in your area — whether mobile, in-clinic, or virtual.

Transparent Fees
TouchBase keeps fees simple and predictable so you always know what to expect.
Marketplace Fee
TouchBase charges a marketplace fee on bookings it generates: 10% for Free Marketplace practices and 5% for Solo Pro and Network Pro practices. Direct bookings (clients the practice brings independently) pay 0%. The fee is calculated on the pre-tax service subtotal — never on tax, gratuity, or refunds — and is deducted before calculating Net Treatment Revenue.
Host Partner Referral Fee
Bookings attributed to a Host Partner's property wellness page include an 8% Host Partner Referral Fee, calculated on the pre-tax service subtotal. It applies only to eligible service categories and only when the booking is attributed to a Host Partner.
Practitioner Compensation
Practitioners are paid based on Net Treatment Revenue — the pre-tax service subtotal minus the TouchBase Marketplace Fee (10% Free / 5% Pro / 0% direct), the Host Partner Referral Fee (8%, when applicable), and the actual Stripe processing fee. Compensation structures (e.g. 60/40 split) are determined by the Practice and applied to Net Treatment Revenue, not gross booking value. Tax and gratuity are never commissioned.

Corporate Opportunities
Practitioners may be invited to participate in corporate and hospitality events. Compensation is determined by the event organizer, participating practice, or agreed event terms.
Example: $120 Booking (Host-Originated, pre-tax)
